| Its been a longgggg while! But..I'm back!
Okay, so let me get real for a moment...
There's been a lotta stuff on my mind lately.This year has not been the best, but I'm trying to make the best out of the circumstances that have been given to me. For those of you who dont know..my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer in the beginning of June.Its in the second stage, and my mom feels like he doesnt have much time left. He doesnt look good at all. Yesterday was his last day of chemo for a little while..and let me be the first to admit..I'm scared! I dont really like to talk about it much, cause the thought of losing my daddy scares the crap of me! And now because of this I've chosen to take a semester, most likely a year off of school. Believe me..this is one of the hardest decisions I've ever made in my entire life!! Its soo hard to even say it. I'm sitting here crying as we speak. I dont think some people really understand how badly I want to be at Valley Forge. My heart is there.I've been praying since June, and I feel like this is where God wants me right now, but that doesnt make it any easier to deal with.It's soo hard to have your heart in 2 seperate places at the same time.Man, I would give anything to go back to last year and have my old life back! Some things just arent fair.But I know the Bible says, "Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart." So thats what I'm trying my best to do. I know God has everything under control. Like that song we sang at youth group last night...

| Dude! This past week has been extremely challenging! I'm not gonna go into details, but if you already know...pray for me! I'm not really worried though. God has never given up on me, and he NEVER will. Wow, he is sooo amazing! |

| My oh my! Summer is finally here! I love it! This is my favorite season! I love everything about summer: sunburns, ice cream, no school, how every night feels like a saturday night, and...camp!!
I am soo pumped! I heard Reggie Dabbs speak like 983274972 times, and even though he tells the same stories..I always walk away with something new! This is my last retreat thingy with my girls..so I'm planning on making the most of it. =)
Welp, I'm gonna go do something productive..like eat, or watch tv. =)
